A CrossFit specialist, Carlin has been incorporating elements of that intense fitness regimen into Figueroa’s training as he prepares to fight Ricky Burns on Saturday in Hidalgo, Texas, which will air on CBS at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m PT.
The undefeated Figueroa vacated his 135-pound title, and will be moving up in weight to 140 when he takes on Burns.
